Students are currently working on high and low sounds.
They should be able to identify if a sound (sung, voiced, played) is high or low in pitch. We start with extremes and then compare two sounds that are closer together.
We work on making sure we understand that high and low is used to describe pitch while loud and quiet is used to describe volume or dynamics.
